1. Eligibility and Account Registration

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to create an account or use any gaming products on cocoph. This age restriction is mandated by Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. cocoph reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be held by minors will be immediately closed, and all deposits and winnings will be forfeited without compensation.

1.2 Jurisdiction Restrictions

cocoph services are intended exclusively for users physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of gameplay. Users must not access the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law. cocoph employs geolocation technology to verify user location. Attempts to circumvent geolocation restrictions through VPNs, proxies, or other technical means constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

1.3 Account Creation and Verification

Account registration requires accurate provision of personal information including legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. All information must be truthful and current. You may maintain only one (1) account on cocoph. Creation of duplicate accounts for any purpose, including bonus abuse or identity concealment, is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts. cocoph reserves the right to require identity verification documents including valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals.

1.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activity occurring under your account is your responsibility. You must immediately notify cocoph of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. cocoph is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain credential security. You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow another person to access your account under any circumstances.

2. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

cocoph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, and bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions must be conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The minimum deposit is one hundred pesos (₱100). cocoph does not accept cash deposits, third-party payments, or anonymous payment methods. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your legal name.

2.2 Deposit Processing and Crediting

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your cocoph balance within ten to twenty (10–20) seconds of transaction confirmation. Bank transfers are credited within the same business day during Philippine banking hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM). cocoph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions. You must not request chargebacks or payment reversals for successfully credited deposits. Such actions constitute fraud and will result in immediate account closure and potential legal action.

2.3 Withdrawal Procedures and Limits

You may request withdrawals to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is two hundred pesos (₱200). There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within ten to fifteen (10–15) minutes after approval. Bank transfers are processed within the same business day during banking hours. cocoph reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals.

2.4 Withdrawal Fees and Processing Times

Withdrawals under five thousand pesos (₱5,000) incur no processing fee. Withdrawals of five thousand pesos or more may be subject to a nominal processing fee as disclosed at the time of withdrawal request. cocoph aims to process all withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours, but reserves the right to extend processing times for security reviews or compliance verification. You will be notified of any delays via email or platform notification.

2.5 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

cocoph operates in strict compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. All deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal requests are processed. cocoph reserves the right to reject or delay withdrawals that do not meet minimum wagering requirements or that raise suspicions of money laundering or other illegal activity. Accounts involved in suspected money laundering will be reported to relevant Philippine authorities.

3. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

3.1 Game Integrity and Random Number Generators

All games on cocoph use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited by accredited third-party laboratories. Game outcomes are random and cannot be predicted or influenced by cocoph or by any user. Return to Player (RTP) percentages published for each game reflect long-term statistical payout rates verified by independent auditors. Individual session results will vary and do not guarantee specific outcomes.

3.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of these Terms:

• Using bots, automated software, or any artificial intelligence to play games or place bets.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or engage in chip dumping.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse welcome bonuses or promotional offers.

• Using VPNs, proxies, or location-spoofing technology to access the platform from restricted jurisdictions.
• Sharing accounts with third parties or allowing others to play under your credentials.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or cocoph staff through chat, email, or any communication channel.

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and potential legal action. cocoph reserves the right to withhold funds and report fraudulent activity to Philippine law enforcement authorities.

3.3 Bet Cancellation and Dispute Resolution

All bets are final once confirmed. cocoph will not cancel or reverse bets except in cases of obvious technical error or system malfunction. In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to player accounts. If you believe a bet was settled incorrectly, you must contact cocoph support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed transaction. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered. cocoph's determination of bet disputes is final and binding.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

cocoph offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit matches, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed at the time of the offer. Bonus funds are typically subject to wagering requirements ranging from 10x to 40x the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified timeframe (typically 30 days) or the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

4.2 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

5. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

5.1 Responsible Gaming Commitment

cocoph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and preventing problem gambling. We provide tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, loss limits, and self-exclusion options accessible from your account settings. 5.2 Self-Exclusion Options

You may self-exclude from cocoph for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanently. During self-exclusion periods, you will not be able to access your account, make deposits, or play games. Self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed or shortened once activated. cocoph will make reasonable efforts to prevent you from creating new accounts during self-exclusion, but you are ultimately responsible for refraining from attempting to circumvent self-exclusion.

6. Intellectual Property and License

6.1 Ownership of Platform Content

All content on cocoph, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game interfaces, is the property of cocoph or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

6.2 Restrictions on Use

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any content from cocoph without express written permission. You may not use cocoph trademarks, logos, or branding without authorization. Unauthorized commercial use of the platform or its content is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

7.1 No Guarantee of Winnings

cocoph provides games of chance for entertainment purposes. There is no guarantee of winnings, and you may lose all deposited funds. All games operate with a house edge, meaning that over time, the platform retains a percentage of all wagers. You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that you are solely responsible for any losses incurred.

7.2 Technical Issues and Service Interruptions

cocoph strives to maintain reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. We are not liable for losses resulting from technical issues, server downtime, internet connectivity problems, or force majeure events beyond our control. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting game outcomes, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned, but cocoph is not liable for consequential damages or lost winnings.

7.3 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, cocoph's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount of your account balance at the time the claim arises. cocoph is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages under any circumstances.

8. Termination and Account Closure

8.1 User-Initiated Closure

You may request closure of your cocoph account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in your account. cocoph will process your final withdrawal according to standard procedures. Once closed, accounts cannot be reopened except at cocoph's sole discretion.

8.2 cocoph-Initiated Closure

cocoph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without cause, at our sole discretion. Reasons for closure may include, but are not limited to: violation of these Terms; fraudulent activity; provision of false information during registration; failure to complete identity verification; chargebacks or payment disputes; abusive behavior toward staff or other players; or any activity deemed harmful to cocoph or its users. Upon closure, remaining funds in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification and deduction of any amounts owed to cocoph.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1 Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of cocoph shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

9.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute, you must first contact cocoph customer support to attempt resolution. Most disputes can be resolved through direct communication. If a dispute cannot be resolved through support channels, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the regulatory authority overseeing cocoph operations. Both parties agree to cooperate in good faith to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

10. Amendments and Communication

10.1 Changes to Terms

cocoph reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via email or prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of cocoph after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must cease use of the platform and close your account.

10.2 Official Communication Channels

Official communications from cocoph will be sent to the email address registered on your account. You are responsible for ensuring this email address is current and for regularly checking for messages from cocoph. You may also receive notifications through the platform interface or via SMS to your registered mobile number. cocoph will never request your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel.
